Tunisian/French/Jewish cuisine—Alain Cohen is owner of Got Kosher? café and caterers, and creator of the original pretzel challah.

Persian cuisine—Instructor TBA.

Chinese cuisine—Clarissa Wei is editorial director of Forage & Pasture online magazine, a KCET food columnist, and founder of Curated Gnomes, a local food tour company.

Schedule subject to change.

Instructor: Lara Rabinovitch, PhD, is the food editor for GOOD magazine and the co-editor of Choosing Yiddish: New Frontiers of Language and Culture.
