V&eacute;ritable conservatoire de la cuisine juive tunisienne, cette enseigne propose une carte aux d&eacute;clinaisons nostalgiques et fortement ancr&eacute;es dans le patrimoine culinaire local.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tCe sont briks farcis aux pommes de terre, keftas de poisson et croquettes de viande hach&eacute;e que nous nommons banatage.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tBkaila, tfinas, mechmachia et banatages<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tIl faut d&eacute;couvrir la mechmachia de Mamie Lily, un &eacute;minc&eacute; de b&oelig;uf aux fruits secs, ou encore son tajine karess, autrement dit un &eacute;minc&eacute; de volaille au citron.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tIl faut aussi faire honneur au mdarbel de b&oelig;uf aux haricots et aux aubergines et au tr&egrave;s classique couscous aux boulettes. Bkaila, Akod et diverses tfinas sont aussi &agrave; la carte de Mamie Lily.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tEn dessert, sabayons et grains de lin &agrave; la fa&ccedil;on &laquo;&nbsp;melha ou bnina&nbsp;&raquo; ajoutent encore leurs saveurs aux sp&eacute;cialit&eacute;s de la maison.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tDans la lign&eacute;e de Bichi et du Robinson&hellip;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tDepuis vingt ans, Mamie Lily offre &agrave; ses gourmets une petite salle &agrave; manger et un grand jardin en plein c&oelig;ur de La Goulette, non loin du casino historique.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tJacob Lelouche rend compte de cette aventure culinaire dans un livre qu&rsquo;il vient de publier avec la complicit&eacute; de l&rsquo;&eacute;ditrice Senda Baccar. Ce livre qui a fait un v&eacute;ritable tabac est une jolie contribution &agrave; la m&eacute;moire juive tunisienne ainsi qu&rsquo;un excellent recueil de recettes.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tUne Tunisoise qui aura toujours vingt ans&hellip;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tMamie Lily poursuit donc son chemin depuis deux d&eacute;cennies avec une table casher qui s&rsquo;inscrit en droite ligne dans la tradition du Robinson, du Novelty, de Tantonville, de la Brasserie Suisse et de Bichi qui compt&egrave;rent parmi les restaurants cacher les plus appreci&eacute;s &agrave; Tunis et la Goulette.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tBon
