Ancien patron du bar Paul, avenue de Paris, Robert quitte Tunis dans les annees 50’s et vient s’installer a Los Angeles. La, ne connaissant personne, il fait tous les boulots qu’il peut afin d’economiser de quoi s’acheter un petit coffee-shop. A force de travail acharne, il arrive a transformer son petit boui-boui en un grand restaurant Francais (le premier de Los Angeles) ou bientot, toutes les stars de la ville viennent deguster son steak bearnaise et son couscous Tunisien. Durant quatre decades, Robert va nourrir le tout Hollywood et va avoir sa propre emission de radio. Honore a maintes reprises, Robert est aujourd’hui retire des affaires et se consacre a sa famille et a la peinture.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n
