The German Foundation Law provides for specific payments for slave laborers (as defined in the Foundation Law) and therefore funds may not be available to make payments for all the categories listed above.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Persons who were forced to work during World War II under the auspices of the Nazi regime or its allies, for little or no remuneration, because they were Jewish, may also be entitled to a payment from the Swiss Banks Settlement. No separate application is necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The heir(s) of eligible persons, where the eligible person died on or after 16 February 1999, can also apply.
