Vous le meilleur conteur d\u2019histoire d\u2019Harissa. <\/p>\n<p> En effet, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, o\u00f9 il n\u2019y avait pas de TV, pas d\u2019Internet et que les m\u00e9dias \u00e9taient quasiment inexistants, ces conteurs d\u2019histoires faisaient r\u00eaver les habitants des villages et des villes. <br \/> Pour ce, il fallait avoir beaucoup d\u2019imagination comme notre Breitou national, et le talent de conteur d\u2019Emile Tubiana. <\/p>\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"un\" height=\"377\" src=\"https:\/\/harissa.com\/discus\/messages\/97\/13542.jpg\" width=\"593\"\/> <\/p>\n<p> Comme vous pouvez le constater, le th\u00e8me choisi aujourd\u2019hui nous montre, les petits m\u00e9tiers d\u2019antan, malheureusement disparus de nos jours. <br \/> Ces petits m\u00e9tiers \u00e9taient vecteurs de nombreuses cr\u00e9ations d\u2019emplois, et demandait une grande p\u00e9riode d\u2019apprentissage, souvent c\u2019\u00e9taient les parents qui payaient les artisans pour enseigner et faire travailler leurs enfants afin qu\u2019ils apprennent un m\u00e9tier. <br \/> Pour \u00eatre un bon artisan, il fallait \u00eatre tr\u00e8s habile de ses mains et avoir beaucoup de conscience professionnelle. <\/p>\n<p> J\u2019ai craqu\u00e9 pour cette CPA, je la d\u00e9die \u00e0 notre ami Slim, qui aime l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 typique de notre Tunisie ; elle me fait r\u00eaver de cette \u00e9poque que j\u2019ai presque connu. Je trouve que l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 et l\u2019archa\u00efsme de la sc\u00e8ne de ces deux cordonniers dans leur \u00e9choppe est tr\u00e8s typique et refl\u00e8te la singularit\u00e9 de notre Tunisie natale. <br \/> Les m\u00e9tiers du cuir tenaient une grande place dans la vie \u00e9conomique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque en Tunisie, <br \/> A part les cordonniers qui \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s nombreux, il y avait les bourreliers qui fabriquaient les selles des chevaux, des mulets et des \u00e2nes, ainsi que tout l\u2019harnachement des montures des moyens mobiles de l\u2019\u00e9poque. (Cal\u00e8ches, charrettes, chariot etc. etc.) <\/p>\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"deux\" height=\"408\" src=\"https:\/\/harissa.com\/discus\/messages\/97\/13543.jpg\" width=\"625\"\/> <\/p>\n<p> Cette derni\u00e8re CPA m\u2019intrigue, un marchand de graisse, apparemment de la graisse animale de mouton, si je ne me trompe pas. <\/p>\n<p> Ce marchand qui a certainement exist\u00e9, a un m\u00e9tier que je n\u2019ai pas connu dans les ann\u00e9es 50\/60 en Tunisie, est ce quelqu\u2019un peut nous dire, si il a connu ce genre de marchand et a quoi servait cette graisse ?
