\n\t\t\tCandice Cohen-Ahnine annonce, par l’intermédiaire de son avocate, Me<\/sup> Tarquiny-Charpentier, qu’elle porte plainte devant la justice française contre un membre de la famille royale saoudienne. Pour soustraction d’enfant, d’une part, et pour ce quelle a subi : viol, violences, séquestration. Rappelons que Candice Cohen-Ahnine est cette jeune Française de confession juive qui, depuis trois ans, se bat pour récupérer Haya, la fille qu’elle eue avec un prince saoudien et qui est aujourd’hui âgée de dix ans. Candice vient de publier, avec la collaboration de Jean-Claude Elfassi, un livre, Rendez-moi ma fille <\/em>(L’Archipel), où elle raconte son combat.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tEn vacances à Londres, Candice, 18 ans, Française d’origine juive, tombe en 1997 amoureuse de Saddam, un prince saoudien appartenant à la famille royale. Une passion naît entre ces deux êtres que tout – la culture comme la religion – devrait séparer. Leur fille Haya voit le jour en 2001.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tHélas pour Candice, son prince charmant révèle vite un autre visage. Aveuglée par les sentiments qu’elle lui porte, elle subit son emprise, puis sa violence. Ne survivant que grâce à la bienveillance de certains domestiques, elle est séquestrée par la famille de son ex-compagnon durant six mois dans une chambre-cellule dépourvue de toute hygiène, ce qui la contraint à se raser la tête pour échapper à la vermine. Elle est maltraitée, battue, subissant des tortures morales insoutenables, jusqu’au jour où elle parvient à se réfugier à l’ambassade de France.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDepuis septembre 2008, Haya est retenue prisonnière en Arabie Saoudite dans la famille de son père. Tandis que Candice, échappant à une condamnation à mort, a été exfiltrée par le Quai d’Orsay.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDepuis sa fuite, elle se bat sans relâche pour qu’Haya lui soit rendue… Haya étant une enfant naturelle, tous les droits sont en principe dévolus à la mère, selon la loi islamique. Le ministre des affaires étrangères saoudien, grand-oncle d’Hayat, justifie le retrait de l’enfant au motif de l’apostie de la mère. Le combat de Candice est d’autant plus difficile qu’aucune convention bilatérale n’existe avec la France concernant la protection des mineurs.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t <\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tCandice Cohen-Ahnine<\/strong>, née en 1977, souhaite porter son histoire à la connaissance de tous. Plusieurs procédures pénales et civiles sont en cours, les plus hautes instances de l’État s’étant mobilisées. Ce dossier devrait ces prochains jours connaître des rebondissements judiciaires…<\/p>\n
