J\u2019accepte de supporter la faim en payant tout ce que je dois sans exception \u00e0 mes cr\u00e9anciers, mais ils ne me donneront pas le temps de le faire, ya El Fenech ya Houia que vais-je devenir ?<\/p>\n<p> Et El Fenech :<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; Affaire bien trop simple pour moi, ignorant que tu es, paye cent dinars et je t\u2019arrange \u00e7a tout de suite !<\/p>\n<p> Le pauvre d\u00e9biteur paya, et El Fenech lui donna le conseil suivant :<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; Tu pr\u00e9senteras les dettes que tu as contract\u00e9 comme des sommes dont tu n\u2019avais pas besoin. Dans ce cas tu as dilapid\u00e9 l\u2019argent d\u2019une mani\u00e8re folle, ce qui montre bien que tu es insens\u00e9. Nous aurons alors besoin du t\u00e9moignage de quelqu\u2019un qui connaisse ton \u00e9tat particulier. L\u2019\u00e9tat de folie sera alors d\u00e9clar\u00e9 par le juge du Kram, qui te frappera d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 d\u2019exercice, et te d\u00e9fendra de disposer toi-m\u00eame de ton bien, le confiant \u00e0 ses secr\u00e9taires qui s\u2019interposeront entre toi et lui. D\u00e9s lors, ils n\u2019emploieront que les revenus de tes biens, pour payer tes dettes, aussi pour assurer tes moyens de subsistance, et le capital te restera. Je viendrai assister \u00e0 l\u2019audience \u00e0 titre gratuit, car ce n\u2019est pas tous les jours, que j\u2019ai une telle occasion de me divertir !<\/p>\n<p> Le d\u00e9biteur se mit \u00e0 la disposition du juge du Kram, qui appliqua cette proc\u00e9dure et fit \u00e9tablir d\u2019une fa\u00e7on l\u00e9gale, son nouvel \u00e9tat.
