RECETTE DE L’HARISSA<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Bonjour! <\/p>\n

Bien que je ne suis pas juive, je suis d’origine tunisienne et fi\u00e8re de venir d’un pays o\u00f9 juifs et musulmans s’entendent! <\/p>\n

Je veux seulement partager la recette de ma famille de Harissa ( celle de ma m\u00e8re, qui s’est bien s\u00fbr inspir\u00e9e de celle de ma grand-m\u00e8re). L’origine de la recette vient de Sousse, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de T\u00e9boulba… <\/p>\n

La base est comme tout le monde le sait:
– Piment rouges s\u00e9ch\u00e9s
– Ail
– Un peu de sel<\/p>\n

… et l’ingr\u00e9dient qui donne un go\u00fbt encore plus magique \u00e0 l’ harrissa, c’est le carvy ( en tunisien carouia). Un autre truc, on peut ajouter un petit soup\u00e7on de menthe \u00e0 notre recette nationale! <\/p>\n

Et puis comme vous le savez, on sert le tout avec de l’huile d’olive extra-vierge… et pour ceux qui aiment, un tout petit peu de citron.<\/p>\n

J’ai peu de souvenirs de la Tunisie ( la derni\u00e8re fois que j’y suis all\u00e9e remonte \u00e0 une dizaine d’ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0), mais je me rappelle tr\u00e8s bien des sandwichs qu’on mangeait d\u00e8s qu’on avait un petit creux \u00e0 base de harissa, thon, huile d’olive, olives et parfois des piments marin\u00e9s… Quel beau pays la Tunisie!<\/p>\n

J’esp\u00e8re que cette recette de harissa qui comporte quelques variantes saura vous enchanter!
