\nLes deux cousins Sergio et Silvio Pariente, fils de cousins germains, Guido et Giulio Pariente.<\/p>\n

SERGIO PARIENTE<\/strong>,
\nN\u00e9 \u00e0 Tunis en 1924, fils de Guido Pariente, patriarche tr\u00e8s estim\u00e9 par toutes les communaut\u00e9s de l’\u00eele de Djerba, Sergio s’engagea dans l’arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise, fut incorpor\u00e9 dans les Corps Francs d\u2019Afrique fin mai 1943 et
\nd\u00e9barqua en Provence en Ao\u00fbt 1944 (Op\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0anvil-dragoon\u00a0\u00bb). Peu de temps apr\u00e8s avoir touch\u00e9 terre, il fut bless\u00e9 mortellement et \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par le Dr Claude ATTAL, m\u00e9decin de son r\u00e9giment. Un autre de ses camarades, italien de Tunisie comme lui, Bembaron fut aussi mortellement touch\u00e9 par le feu ennemi.<\/p>\n

Sergio avait 20 ans. Ses parents furent d’autant plus effondr\u00e9s, qu’ils venaient de perdre leur fille ain\u00e9e du t\u00e9tanos.<\/p>\n

SILVIO PARIENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

N\u00e9 \u00e0 Tunis en 1926 fils de Giulio et de Vera Guttieres-Pe\u00f1a, s’engagea \u00e0 17 ans dans le g\u00e9nie britannique, dans un corps destin\u00e9 aux \u00e9trangers. Bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Londres il fut tr\u00e9s vite nomm\u00e9 Sergent en chef. Puis, il suivit une \u00e9cole dans la RAF pour devenir pilote, fut re\u00e7u \u00e0 l’examen, mais refus\u00e9 du fait d’une amblyopie. Son destin, s’il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 officier dans la RAF, eut peut \u00eatre \u00e9t\u00e9 diff\u00e9rent. Lib\u00e9r\u00e9 en1947, il passa sa seconde partie du bac et fit l’\u00e9cole dentaire de l’Universit\u00e9 de Paris .<\/p>\n
