{"id":59463,"date":"2018-02-15T17:42:34","date_gmt":"2018-02-15T17:42:34","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-02-15T17:42:34","modified_gmt":"2018-02-15T17:42:34","slug":"linterdiction-de-la-circoncision-empechera-la-vie-juive-en-islande","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harissa.com\/news-wp\/linterdiction-de-la-circoncision-empechera-la-vie-juive-en-islande\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019interdiction de la circoncision emp\u00eachera la vie juive en Islande"},"content":{"rendered":"<header>\n<p>L\u2019interdiction de la circoncision emp\u00eachera la vie juive en Islande<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les juifs scandinaves estiment que l&rsquo;interdiction des rituels religieux \u00ab\u00a0garantira\u00a0\u00bb qu&rsquo;aucune communaut\u00e9 ne s&rsquo;y \u00e9tablira<\/p>\n<p>Par&nbsp;JTA<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<p>Les dirigeants des communaut\u00e9s juives de quatre pays nordiques ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019un projet de loi proposant d\u2019interdire la circoncision non m\u00e9dicale en Islande \u00ab&nbsp;garantira&nbsp;\u00bb qu\u2019aucune communaut\u00e9 juive ne vienne s\u2019y \u00e9tablir.<\/p>\n<p>Les pr\u00e9sidents des groupes de coordination des communaut\u00e9s juives de Su\u00e8de, du Danemark, de Norv\u00e8ge et de Finlande ont publi\u00e9 mardi un avertissement inhabituel dans une lettre ouverte adress\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les d\u00e9put\u00e9s islandais en r\u00e9action \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation, le mois dernier, d\u2019un projet de loi proposant d\u2019interdire toute circoncision non m\u00e9dicale des gar\u00e7ons de moins de 18 ans en Islande, une nation insulaire scandinave d\u2019environ 300&nbsp;000 personnes comptant quelques centaines de Juifs et de Musulmans.<\/p>\n<p>Des parlementaires de quatre partis repr\u00e9sentant 46&nbsp;% des si\u00e8ges au Parlement, dont le parti au pouvoir, ont cosign\u00e9 le projet de loi.<\/p>\n<p>Si le projet est adopt\u00e9, \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019Islande serait le seul pays \u00e0 interdire l\u2019un des rites les plus fondamentaux, sinon le plus fondamental de la tradition juive des temps modernes&nbsp;\u00bb, ont \u00e9crit Aron Verst\u00e4ndig, Dan Rosenberg-Asmussen, Ervin Kohn et Yaron Nadbornik dans la lettre.<\/p>\n<p>Se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant \u00e0 l\u2019interdiction nazie de la brit milah, la circoncision rituelle juive, ils notent&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Ce ne serait pas la premi\u00e8re fois dans la longue tradition du peuple juif. Tout au long de l\u2019histoire, plus d\u2019un r\u00e9gime autoritaire a essay\u00e9 d\u2019opprimer notre peuple et d\u2019\u00e9radiquer le juda\u00efsme en interdisant nos pratiques religieuses.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Islande, ont-ils ajout\u00e9, n\u2019a pas de communaut\u00e9 juive organis\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Interdire la brit-mila sera un moyen de dissuasion efficace et garantira qu\u2019aucune communaut\u00e9 juive vienne s\u2019y \u00e9tablir&nbsp;\u00bb, ont-ils \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019Islande devrait accueillir son premier rabbin r\u00e9sident depuis des d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n<p>La lettre ouverte pourrait \u00eatre per\u00e7ue comme une ing\u00e9rence dans les affaires int\u00e9rieures de l\u2019Islande, ont conc\u00e9d\u00e9 les co-signataires.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Et pourquoi s\u2019en soucier&nbsp;? La raison en est que vous \u00eates sur le point de vous attaquer au juda\u00efsme d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui inqui\u00e8te les Juifs du monde entier&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00e9crivent-ils.<\/p>\n<p>Les dirigeants de la communaut\u00e9 juive nordique ont exhort\u00e9 les parlementaires islandais \u00e0 adopter la r\u00e8glementation norv\u00e9gienne de 2015 sur la circoncision non m\u00e9dicale, qui a introduit une r\u00e9glementation tout en garantissant la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 de la coutume sous certaines conditions.<\/p>\n<p>En Europe, la circoncision est la cible d\u2019attaques de politiciens de droite qui la consid\u00e8rent comme une importation \u00e9trang\u00e8re dont l\u2019application est souvent associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019immigration musulmane.
