Le documentaire suit &nbsp;leur culture, leurs souvenirs et leurs espoirs pour le futur de cette langue maternelle. Le film devait faire partie d\u2019une trilogie autour des langues: h\u00e9breu, yiddish et ladino, mais David Perlov ne parvient qu\u2019\u00e0 faire la premi\u00e8re partie. Il \u00e9vite d\u2019\u00eatre didactique et concentre son regard sur le visage des gens.
