Les commentaires haineux sont devenus monnaie courante sur les&nbsp;r\u00e9seaux sociaux. 53% des Fran\u00e7ais disent&nbsp;en avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes ou t\u00e9moins, d\u2019apr\u00e8s un sondage&nbsp;Opinion Way&nbsp;publi\u00e9 ce 12 d\u00e9cembre. Parmi eux, 44% affirment avoir fait les frais d\u2019insultes racistes et sexistes.<\/p>\n<p>En premi\u00e8re ligne, les 18-24 ans sont 68% \u00e0 avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu appara\u00eetre des propos agressifs \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard. Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont aussi plus nombreuses \u00e0 faire remonter ce type de contenus pour les voir supprim\u00e9s. 68% des moins de 35 ans d\u00e9clarent les signaler directement, contre 20% pour la moyenne, tous \u00e2ges confondus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le secours de l&rsquo;Etat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour le millier de Fran\u00e7ais sollicit\u00e9s, il incombe aux grandes plateformes d\u2019\u00eatre plus efficaces dans la lutte contre les propos haineux.&nbsp;Facebook, Twitter et Google, proposent d\u00e9j\u00e0, \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re, des solutions pour les rep\u00e9rer automatiquement ou les faire dispara\u00eetre, sur la base d\u2019un signalement. Ces efforts n\u2019emp\u00eachent pas le&nbsp;cyberharc\u00e8lement&nbsp;pour autant. Tant et si bien que 87% des personnes interrog\u00e9es en appellent aux pouvoirs publics pour endiguer le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Publi\u00e9 en septembre dernier, un rapport parlementaire va en ce sens. Il propose de modifier la loi fran\u00e7aise pour que les plateformes Web suppriment les contenus racistes et antis\u00e9mites plus rapidement. Fin septembre, le gouvernement avait par ailleurs signal\u00e9 son intention de \u00ab\u00a0reciviliser Internet\u00a0\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Allemagne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 franchi le pas et r\u00e9serve une amende de 50 millions d\u2019euros aux services Web qui ne respectent pas un d\u00e9lai de vingt-quatre heures pour faire dispara\u00eetre ces insultes.
