Par ailleurs, ce livre s\u2019adresse aux d\u00e9butants, pas forc\u00e9ment accros aux \u00e9missions de cuisine ou particuli\u00e8rement motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 passer des heures en cuisine.<\/p>\n<p><em>Alors en vrai c\u2019est comment&nbsp;?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Promesse tenue&nbsp;! Le rapport temps pass\u00e9 \/ r\u00e9sultat vaut vraiment la peine de se retrousser les manches (et d\u2019enfiler son tablier). Du chaud, du froid, des plats \u00e0 partager et m\u00eame des recettes qui conviennent \u00e0 ceux qui d\u00eenent en solo\u2026 on se r\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a ne ressemble pas toujours aux sublimes photos du livre, mais le go\u00fbt est l\u00e0 si l\u2019on respecte bien les instructions. Certaines recettes ultra light satisferont les tailles de gu\u00eapes. On a une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le taboul\u00e9 de chou-fleur cru, avec c\u00e9bettes grenade et toutes sortes d\u2019herbes. Vous n\u2019y couperez pas, le livre contient aussi la recette ULTIME du chou-fleur r\u00f4ti \u00e0 l\u2019isra\u00e9lienne.
