Une grande compagnie soci\u00e9t\u00e9 touristique des Emirats a sign\u00e9 un accord avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Elli\u2019s Kosher Kitchen afin de fournir de la nourriture \u00ab cach\u00e8re \u00bb dans des h\u00f4tels de Duba\u00ef et Abou Dhabi sous le label \u00ab OU \u00bb (Orthodox Union). Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les possibilit\u00e9s \u00e9taient assez limit\u00e9es pour les personnes juives observantes habitant ou s\u00e9journant professionnellement dans ces pays. D\u00e9sormais les client de grands h\u00f4tels pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de menus \u00ab cachers \u00bb de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
