Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et travailleurs de haut niveau, qu\u2019ils soient m\u00e9decins ou enseignants, quittent de plus en plus le pays, \u00e0 la recherche de meilleures conditions de travail, d\u2019un meilleur salaire et d\u2019une plus grande reconnaissance. \u00ab Pas moins de 10 000 ing\u00e9nieurs sont partis en moins de trois ans, mais aussi bon nombre de m\u00e9decins \u00bb, rappelle France 24 qui y a consacr\u00e9 un court reportage o\u00f9 beaucoup de hauts cadres de diff\u00e9rents domaines se plaignent de la d\u00e9gradation de leurs conditions de travail.
