C\u2019est toujours le Belleville que j\u2019aime, celui qui me permet de retrouver certaines de mes racines, celui qui donne une saveur tunisienne \u00e0 cette belle ville de Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le grand boulevard, mes pas me m\u00e8nent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la boucherie Henrino qui est tenue par la famille Smadja depuis trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, c\u2019est le petit-fils du fondateur qui officie dans cette boucherie cacher qui se trouve sur le grand boulevard, \u00e0 l\u2019angle de la rue L\u00e9man.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu plus loin, j\u2019ai rendez-vous chez Jojo. La boucherie Jojo se trouve rue Louis Bonnet, \u00e0 quelques pas du grand boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>Ici aussi, c\u2019est le petit-fils du fondateur qui tient la boutique. Il continue la saga commenc\u00e9e par Jojo Slama en 1960.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier avait laiss\u00e9 sa c\u00e9l\u00e8bre boucherie de la hara de Tunis pour tenter cette belle aventure parisienne.<\/p>\n<p>Avec Jojo et Henrino, les Slama et les Smadja perp\u00e9tuent une tradition tunisienne \u00e0 Belleville !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Belleville, les derniers bouchers juifs tunisiens, c\u2019est Jojo et Henrino ! &nbsp; Hatem Bourial Promenade nostalgique \u00e0 Belleville mardi dernier.
