La grammaire y trouve relativement son compte mais les gourmands en avaient certainement pour leur argent.<\/p>\n<p>Sans me lancer dans une \u00e9ni\u00e8me chronique consacr\u00e9e au roi des glaciers de Tunis, force est de reconna\u00eetre que son souvenir convoque aussi celui des autres grands glaciers que furent Salem, Paparone, Pinocchio, Di&nbsp;Carlo, Ben Jemaa et consorts.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9bert, c\u2019\u00e9tait une l\u00e9gende! Soutien des sportifs, des scouts et des artistes, tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9 dans la vie de la communaut\u00e9, il rayonnait \u00e0 partir de sa modeste boutique de l\u2019avenue de Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Ses granit\u00e9s \u00e9taient les meilleurs de la ville et ses sabayons inimitables. Les multiples saveurs de ses glaces sont encore nich\u00e9es dans nos papilles consentantes et la blancheur immacul\u00e9e de sa veste dans toutes les m\u00e9moires.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 venu, B\u00e9bert ouvrait une succursale \u00e0 la Goulette et r\u00e9galait les gourmands assoiff\u00e9s. Install\u00e9 sur l\u2019avenue Roosevelt, il recr\u00e9ait l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re de sa boutique tunisoise et apportait une franche concurrence \u00e0 Alfred et Cacciola qui r\u00e9gnaient \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re sur Kheireddine et Le Kram.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin des ann\u00e9es 1970, B\u00e9bert baissa d\u00e9finitivement le rideau et partit sous d\u2019autres cieux.
