Cette mesure doit &ecirc;tre &eacute;galement valid&eacute;e par le Tr&eacute;sor. L&rsquo;objectif &eacute;tant d&rsquo;inciter les propri&eacute;taires &agrave; mettre leur bien en location et ainsi augmenter l&rsquo;offre sur le march&eacute; de l&rsquo;immobilier israelien.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"Artical_MainTohen_Right\">\n<div id=\"nadlan_Mortgage\">\n<div id=\"link_to_Mortgage\">\n\t\t\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.globes.co.il\/news\/nadlan\/mortgage-calculator\/\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\tLes propri&eacute;taires d&rsquo;un appartement vacant devront payer une arnona (taxe d&rsquo;habitation) multipli&eacute;e par deux. Apr&egrave;s la r&eacute;union minist&eacute;rielle d&rsquo;hier, le ministre de l&rsquo;int&eacute;rieur Guidon Saar a annonc&eacute; avoir sign&eacute; un accord sur le doublement de la taxe d&rsquo;habitation pour les habitations qui ne sont pas habit&eacute;es (logements vacants) et avoir transmis au Tr&eacute;sor le dossier pour validation d&eacute;finitive.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\n\t\tLe doublement de cette taxe devrait permettre d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;offre de location sur le march&eacute; de l&rsquo;immobilier en Isra&euml;l. Cette mesure s&rsquo;inscrit dans la ligne politique du gouvernement et la d&eacute;cision prise en mars 2012 d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;offre de logement en construction en changeant les r&egrave;gles de la arnona.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tCette d&eacute;cision s&rsquo;appuie sur les recommandations du rapport Trachtenberg, &eacute;tabli apr&egrave;s les grandes manifestations sociales de l&rsquo;&eacute;t&eacute; 2011. Ce rapport souligne le fait qu&rsquo;il existe en Isra&euml;l 46,855 logements vacants selon les rapports de la compagnie d&rsquo;&eacute;lectricit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\n\t\t\tLe minist&egrave;re de l&rsquo;int&eacute;rieur et celui du Tr&eacute;sor ont donc d&eacute;cid&eacute; de doubler la arnona pour un appartement non utilis&eacute; plus de 9 mois par ans. Ce d&eacute;cret a &eacute;t&eacute; pris pour une p&eacute;riode de deux ans, le temps de voir l&rsquo;impact sur le march&eacute; du logement en Isra&euml;l.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\n\t\tLa forme a d&eacute;j&agrave; &eacute;t&eacute; approuv&eacute;e par le minist&egrave;re de la justice.
