La Boukha BOKOBSA devient une boisson transparente et pure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1880<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 La Soukra et construit la premi\u00e8re usine de la famille dans le Domaine d\u2019Arkuosal.<br \/>\nLa Boukha BOKOBSA devient la boisson nationale de Tunisie : <b>UNE L\u00c9GENDE EST N\u00c9E.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>D\u2019o\u00f9 vient le mot Boukha ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe plusieurs histoires pour expliquer l\u2019origine du mot \u201cBoukha\u201d, la plus r\u00e9pandue est celle qui explique que le mot \u201cBoukha\u201d signifie vapeur d\u2019alcool en dialecte jud\u00e9o-arabe.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019explication est beaucoup plus simple. Quand Yaakov termina de produire son \u201cEau-de-Vie\u201d \u00e0 base de figues, il l\u2019appela tout naturellement <strong>Vodka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En lettres cyrillique Russe, voici comment s\u2019\u00e9crit le mot Vodka : <strong>\u0432\u043e\u0434\u043a\u0430.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Tunisiens ne pouvant pas lire le Russe, le nom fut vite prononc\u00e9 BOUKA puis <strong>BOUKHA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Un go\u00fbt unique<\/h2>\n<p><strong>La Boukha est une \u201cl\u2019Eau-de-Vie\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019Eau-de-Vie ou \u201cAqua Vita\u201d a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e au Moyen Age par des alchimistes qui tentaient de cr\u00e9er un \u00e9lixir de longue vie.
