Alors ce cordon bleu eut l\u2019id\u00e9e de les enrober dans un sirop parfum\u00e9 et de les parsemer d\u2019un croquant nomm\u00e9 noisettes. Ainsi sont n\u00e9s sous ses doigts les manicottes, qui devinrent le dessert phare de Madame BOCCARA et de ses filles.
