\n\t\tLe coing est le fruit de l’automne par excellence . Il est le symbole de Kippour dans beaucoup de communautés. En confitures, en guise de légumes dans certains plats, ou en fruits confits de clous de girofle et parfumés il est avec la figue et la datte, le symbole des fêtes de Tichri  !<\/p>\n

\n\t\tLe coing enroulé pendant quelques jours, dans un mouchoir contenant des clous de girofle et de la poudre de girofle nous aide à mieux supporter le jeûne de Kippour.  Le tout parfumé à l’eau de Cologne !!!!!!!!<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t <\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\tIngrédients : 1 kg de coings, 700 g de sucre, 1 verre et demi d’eau, 1 citron<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\tEssuyez soigneusement les coings pour enlever le petit duvet brunâtre. Inutile de les laver. <\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tÉpluchez-les, l’opération est un peu ardue, mais munissez vous d’un bon couteau et faites attention à vos doigts !<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tRetirer le trognon. Coupez-les en quartiers et ôtez les pépins. <\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPressez le citron sur les coings, ajoutez le sucre et l’eau et mettez  le tout dans un une casserole à fond épais de préférence et qui n’attache pas.  <\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tLaissez mijoter à feu doux pendant au moins 1 heure environ à découvert, jusqu’à ce que le sirop soit épais et les fruits bien rouges. <\/p>\n
