Mais le principe de pr&eacute;caution va encore plus loin. Lors d&rsquo;un premier d&eacute;bat sur le sujet, le Talmud met en garde les magistrats en estimant qu&rsquo;un tribunal qui prononcerait une peine de mort tous les sept ans serait consid&eacute;r&eacute; comme brutal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; -webkit-margin-before: 0px; -webkit-margin-after: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; -webkit-margin-before: 0px; -webkit-margin-after: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\n\tPlus loin, deux sages renforcent cette id&eacute;e en estimant que m&ecirc;me un tribunal qui ne prononcerait la peine de mort que tous les soixante-dix ans devrait &ecirc;tre consid&eacute;r&eacute; comme brutal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; -webkit-margin-before: 0px; -webkit-margin-after: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; -webkit-margin-before: 0px; -webkit-margin-after: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\n\tLe dernier mot est &agrave; Rabbi Akiva, figure supr&ecirc;me du Talmud, qui conclut en disant que si un jour le peuple juif devait reconstituer son appareil judiciaire, la peine de mort ne devrait jamais &ecirc;tre prononc&eacute;e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; -webkit-margin-before: 0px; -webkit-margin-after: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; -webkit-margin-before: 0px; -webkit-margin-after: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\n\tL&rsquo;approche du Talmud l&rsquo;emporte peut-&ecirc;tre en sagesse sur l&rsquo;id&eacute;e de l&rsquo;abolition pure et simple de la peine de mort.
