Le nombre de personnes ayant fait leur &quot;aliyah&quot; depuis la France sur toute l&#39;ann&eacute;e 2014 s&#39;&eacute;tablira &quot;s&ucirc;rement autour de 5 500&quot;, selon Ariel Kandel. &quot;La France est aujourd&#39;hui le premier pays au monde, en 2014, pour l&#39;aliyah, elle ne l&#39;a jamais &eacute;t&eacute;&quot;, a soulign&eacute; le responsable. 500 000 &agrave; 600 000 Juifs vivent en France, ce qui en fait la premi&egrave;re communaut&eacute; juive d&#39;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lepoint.fr\/tags\/europe\">Europe<\/a>. &quot;Dans le monde occidental ou libre, voir 1 % d&#39;une communaut&eacute; juive qui fait son aliyah en un an, &ccedil;a n&#39;a jamais eu lieu&quot;, a estim&eacute; Ariel Kandel.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tSelon les chiffres du minist&egrave;re isra&eacute;lien de l&#39;Int&eacute;gration comment&eacute;s par le responsable fran&ccedil;ais de l&#39;Agence juive, une structure paragouvernementale, la France, avec 4 566 migrants vers Isra&euml;l entre le 1er janvier et le 31 ao&ucirc;t 2014, devance largement l&#39;Ukraine (3 252), la Russie (2 632) et les &Eacute;tats-Unis (2 218). Dans ce dernier pays, on compte sur cette p&eacute;riode &quot;deux fois moins&quot; d&#39;olim &#8211; ceux qui font l&#39;aliyah &#8211; qu&#39;en France, &quot;pour une communaut&eacute; dix fois sup&eacute;rieure&quot; (il y quelque 5,5 millions de Juifs aux &Eacute;tats-Unis), a relev&eacute; Ariel Kandel.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t<strong>Des facteurs &eacute;conomiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t&quot;Ce qui a chang&eacute; ces derniers mois, c&#39;est ce qu&#39;on appelle le climat antis&eacute;mite, avec un antis&eacute;mitisme compl&egrave;tement d&eacute;complex&eacute;&quot;, a d&eacute;clar&eacute; le responsable, interrog&eacute; sur les raisons de cette &eacute;migration depuis la France. Les &quot;facteurs &eacute;conomiques&quot; n&#39;y sont pas non plus &eacute;trangers, selon Ariel Kandel, qui juge la situation fran&ccedil;aise &quot;probl&eacute;matique&quot; avec &quot;une croissance nulle et un fort taux de ch&ocirc;mage&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tLe directeur de l&#39;Agence juive en France voit dans les incidents de cet &eacute;t&eacute; pr&egrave;s de synagogues, notamment rue de la Roquette &agrave; Paris et &agrave; Sarcelles (Val-d&#39;Oise), des &quot;facteurs acc&eacute;l&eacute;rateurs&quot; de l&#39;int&eacute;r&ecirc;t des Juifs fran&ccedil;ais pour l&#39;aliyah.
